Ashley Lebrun

Creative Director

A video producer by trade, I bring more than 15 years of experience in branded content production and graphic design management. I founded Wonder & Co. to build the kind of professional, creative space I did not find in my twenties – one where collaboration, diverse perspectives, and joy drive the work forward. In the studio, it’s my job to connect strategy to creative decisions, ensuring the work aligns with a brand’s goals at every stage. I write, I produce and I keep both clients and creatives moving towards that sweet, sweet finish line.

Bettina Arria

Art Director

I’m an Art Director with over 12 years of experience in digital design, branding, and typography. I’ve worked with clients ranging from small businesses to governmental organizations, translating creative vision into concrete design decisions. In the studio, it’s my job to shape how the work looks and feels, always with a focus on inspiring connection. I design, build and guide our team towards visual solutions that are as functional as they are aesthetic.

Our studio is fueled by a seasoned and true-blue network of strategists, writers, designers, developers, and content creators. They bring equal parts strategic rigor and creative instinct. They live here and they live abroad, and we love how that informs our perspective.
