MONTHLY marketing SUPPORT
Ongoing strategy, design and web support that keeps your brand visible, searchable, and consistent.
What is Monthly MARKETING Support?
A brand isn't finished at launch. It's finished in the follow through. Monthly Marketing Support puts your organic marketing channels on a plan and keeps them moving. Each quarter we set the strategy, then write and design the content that fills it.
Our strategy prioritizes discoverability, shaped by how search engines and AI assistants actually work, so your customers can find you and connect with you. Blogs answer what your customers are actually searching. Email and social keep you present between visits. You publish and engage, because your voice in the comments is the part that can't be faked.
We'll recommend the right combination of assets based on your industry, goals, and marketing channels.

Have a strong brand and want it working consistently
Are busy running the business and need marketing to happen without them driving it
Want one trusted team, not a rotating roster of vendors or the cost of a full-time hire
Engagements are structured as 6 or 12-month partnerships, with the option to renew or evolve as your needs change.
We built these brands from scratch and have kept them working ever since. Browse their case studies, then go see the living, breathing work in the wild.

A trusted creative partner already inside the brand.
SIMPLE BY DESIGN.
Here’s what working together looks like.
01 — PLAN
We start with a strategy workshop to set your goals and core message points. Each quarter we meet again to shape what's ahead: what you're launching, what's seasonal, what your customers are asking.
02 — PRODUCE
We write and design against that plan. Blogs and emails are approved by the quarter and published monthly. Social is planned by the quarter and delivered monthly, so there's room for what's actually happening.
03 — PUBLISH
Work arrives ready to go. You post and stay present with your audience, and we keep the plan moving.
GOOD QUESTIONS
Here’s what teams usually want to know.
-
Partnerships open with a one-time strategy workshop at $2,500. We use this time to prepare for the work ahead, designing templates and establishing workflows.
Monthly Marketing is $2,200 per month after that, across a 6 or 12-month term. Twelve-month engagements receive a 10% discount.
Quarterly content production scoped upon request. Pricing above assumes a combined approach of client-provided imagery, stock, and graphic design.
-
Organic marketing compounds. A quarter is the minimum window where the work starts to show, which is why engagements run 6 or 12 months.
-
We plan, write, and design the content and load it to your scheduler. You publish, comment, and engage.
Comments, follows, and spur-of-the-moment stories are part of what makes a brand feel like a person. We prefer to handle the work that takes craft, so you have time to stay part of the conversation.
-
No. This is organic marketing: content that builds domain authority, search visibility and audience over time rather than buying attention. We’ve worked with business owners long enough to know that the cost of support + ads often prices out the brands in the middle. We are that solution.
-
Content capture is scoped separately, and many clients add a quarterly shoot to keep the work fresh. We'll talk through what your plan needs on the intro call.
-
An active brand with guidelines in place, access to your site and channels, and someone on your side who can publish and respond.
