SOCIAL & EMAIL MARKETING partner

Wonder & Co. Creative is a boutique branding and design studio based in Maplewood, NJ. We work with lifestyle, healthcare and wellness, and retail brands. Businesses where presentation, trust, and consistency matter.

We're looking for a freelance Social & Email Marketing Partner to join our network as a trusted creative collaborator.

We handle client relationship, copy, design and seasonal content capture. You bring the marketing strategy, both paid and organic, platform expertise, and execution. Together we'll build and maintain a polished, consistent presence for our studio and our clients.

To start, you'd manage one account, a long-standing retail client, with potential to grow into additional accounts as the relationship develops.

What you'd own:

  • Social strategy and content calendar planning

  • Scheduling and publishing across 1 to 2 platforms, 2 to 3x per week

  • Community management and engagement

  • Email marketing strategy and deployment

  • Monthly and quarterly campaign performance review, with insight ​& recommendations

Experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing social and email for small to mid-size brands; B2B experience a bonus

  • Strong understanding of primary social and email marketing platforms

  • Comfortable pulling and interpreting platform analytics and translating them into actionable takeaways

  • Experience with scheduling tools (we use Plann)

  • Familiarity with SEO basics as it applies to captions, subject lines, and discoverability

  • Google Ads experience a plus

  • Collaborative, communicative, and self-directed

  • Someone interested in building a long-term working relationship

Structure: Freelance, ongoing, flat monthly retainer scoped at approximately 10-12 hours per month. One account to start, with room to grow.
