O’Leary Group is a multidisciplinary construction management firm that helps scaling businesses navigate the complexities of building and expansion. Founded by husband-and-wife team Conor and Madilyn O’Leary, the firm partners with ambitious startups and growing brands across the country, from restaurants and immersive experiences to healthcare offices and retail environments.

The Opportunity
Our partnership with O’Leary Group started in 2024, when market research revealed an industry ripe with consultants, heavy on jargon, and light on portfolio proof. Every competitor made the same claim—quality work, on time and on budget, but no one was explaining how they made that happen. Seasoned in the industry but still a smaller, younger firm, we saw the opportunity to position O’Leary Group as an outlier. Not just another consultant, but a partner and advocate, in every room, at every stage. Not just a brand that tells, but one that shows.
The Strategy
The identity began with a logo concept the couple had sketched together. We refined that idea into a polished visual identity that honored the original mark but grounded the brand in professionalism and confidence.
Through brand photography, website design and development, and collateral, we gave O'Leary Group the tools to demonstrate their value, not just describe it. The result is a brand that mirrors the way they operate: composed, strategic, and deeply committed to the success of the businesses they help build.

The Results
By 2026, just a year after launch, OLG returned with two new employees and six new portfolio projects. Proof that major contracts go to brands that look ready for them.
