When we first partnered with Soul Sprout Acupuncture, the NJ-based practice already had a loyal following and a strong local reputation. The brand behind it just hadn't caught up, and with an increase in business post-pandemic, Soul Sprout wanted to meet the moment with more clarity and consistency.

Site visits and customer surveys revealed that the warmth, playfulness, and empowerment that patients were experiencing in the treatment room wasn't being felt elsewhere. The local market was home to practitioners who were either indistinguishable from one another or leaned too far into the ethereal, and we wanted neither.

And so the goal was a brand that could genuinely connect and then educate, one that took the work seriously while remaining approachable. A brand with a joyful voice that could bring levity to ailing patients. That balance became the through-line for everything that followed.

Soul Sprout became one of Wonder's earliest foundational projects, and one of our most complete. Over nearly two years, we worked alongside the Soul Squad to redesign the brand from the ground up across strategy, voice, web, content, and environmental design. In collaboration with Hanh Interiors, the brand's own color palette anchored a complete interior redesign, turning the space into something sophisticated and welcoming. A new welcome desk and product shelving, plants and artwork, brand aligned bedding on the treatment beds. The result wasn't just a prettier space. It was a space that finally felt like healing.

From first click to first visit, the experience became consistent — and for a practice built on trust, that consistency matters.
